Suffering From Hyperthyroidism, Please Help

Dear Doctor , I am 26 years old enginner working in a private company. My wife is around 23 years. We got married last year in May 2010. We are not having any children. My wife is suffering from a gynaecology problem. Her periods date is not regular. She had got her last periods in July last week. Till date she has not got her date period. She has also performed the HCG urine test for pregnency and the result is negative. She is suffering from hyperthyroidism . Her weight is 68 Kgs and height is 5.2 ft. Kindly help us. We are trying to have children. Shall the irregularity dates be a problem for the baby? Also give us suggestions on how can we have a healthy baby.
