Suffering From High Serum Creatinine. Had Edema And Low Urine, Prescribed Berb And Apocynum. Suggest?

one of cousine sister is suffering with high serum creatinine level - 11.1 mg/dL and urea is 104mg/dL. The problem starts after LSCS on 29th July and she had edema all over the body and urine output was 50ml/day. We have consulted one of the local homoeopath here and he prescribed BERB VULG Q + APOCYNUM Q after which her urine output increase upto 1200 ml/day and oedema were gradually subsided. He also gave APIS MEL 200 + ARS ALB 30 + LYCOPODIUM 30. But after 3 weeks medicines now the S. creatinine has shoot upto 12 mg/dL and urine output is decreasing again since last 2 days. Please suggest some homoepathic medicnes for her.
