High Blood pressure
is a consequence of various reasons, but let me say tension and stress
the most potential reasons for high blood pressure. You are actually doing a good job by practicing yoga
and the drug is good as well..
But i suggest you to practice meditation
as well during which i suggest you to think about the positive things occured in your life, try to calm yourself down , and try to eat healthy green veggies , oat meal and dry fruits except cashew nuts, and low sodium salt, walk for some time dont sit idle increase the strength mentally and physicaly ,
Remember there is nothing a human cant achieve and hope one day you will reduce your blood pressure to normal .
I any case if you i suggest you to take regular bp check up as well,
