hi sona
welcome to health care magic.
if headbath is aggravating your condition than its better you go for alternate days.
use little warm water for headbath.
go for regular steam inhalation on daily basis n drink plenty of water.
yoga will also help u to some extend.
consult homeopath as there is permanent solution for sinus headache.

General & Family Physician Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale's  Response
Hi Sona
First you have to take madicines for your sinus. take Cap. Amoxicillin 500 mg twice a day+ Tab cold act twice a day after food. Please take B Complex syrup also. For 3 to 5 days.
If you can avoid daily head bath well &good ,otherwise drying hairs imediatly would suffice.you can try-
Hot inhailation with Carvol capsule .
Cosuming 1/2 lemon in hot water early in morning This will increase your resistance.
Thanks
