she is suffering from fibroids problem from last 5 years and she in on medication since then, but no fruitful results yet. Is there really any treatment for this ?

If the fibroid is big and causing many symptoms,not responding to medications then surgery may be the ultimate treatment.Type of surgery will depend on the age of the patient,type /size/location of fibroid.
