Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Fatty liver may be due to overweight or Dyslipidemia.
Lipid profile and Liver function tests should be done.

The kidney stone is small. She must drink plenty of fluids - 4 to 6 litres a day. Alkalising the urine may also help. Repeat he scan after 3 to 4 months for follow up - by Urologist....

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
