i am 37 yr old. i got married 5yrs ago evennow i cant involve in true sex (no intercourse) i am also suffered frm erectile dysfunction . so we decided to do iui but after semen analysis i came to know that i have asthenospermisand i have only 40% slow progressive sperms so i want to know is iui an effective method to have a child?

yes, iui is very effective. u can use spemen forte capsules 2 twice daily for 90 days.and then go for a semen analysis.
