Suffering From Dizziness, Muscle Stiffness, Neck And Back Pain, Headaches. Reason ?

Hi doctor

from past few months I am suffering from dizziness ( kind of unbalance in my body )

While standing up or walking intensity is more .

Also my neck muscle is very stiff little pain in the back of my neck , right ear and headache above the right eye .

Tightness in my jaws , face muscle are tight .
