Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Too many cooks may spoil the broth?
Stick to one system of Medicine - there is the ever present danger of drug interaction.

The most important aspect of treatment is rehydration -
The most common cause is lactose Intolerance -

In case you wish to stay with Allopathy, consult a Paediatric Gastro-enterologist...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck

Pediatrician Dr. Y V Siva Sankara Murty's  Response

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

It could be allergy to milk that is causing problem.

A stool examination including a stool test for reducing substances and stool pH will help in identifying the cause.

Milk has to be stopped if the baby has lactose intolerance.

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.

Pediatrician Dr. Rajiv K Khandelwal's  Response

Thank you for your query.

I can understand your concern. I suggest that you get your daughter's stool examined. Either it is infective or she has milk intolerance which can be found by the examination. Discuss the issue with your doctor and he will guide you accordingly.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing your daughter an early recovery.
