Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Lower weight may be good for diabetes...
Find out your BMI (calculated from height & weight) / check whether you are really underweight.
If it is really bad, you should see a doctor for examination and further tests - conditions like tuberculosis, malignancy and so on must be excluded.
Some drugs like Metformin may suppress appetite.
Anxiety / Anorexia Nervosa are causative in some
Proper control of diabetes is a must

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck

General & Family Physician Dr. Pavan Kumar Gupta's  Response
The most likely cause for your low health and weight loss is uncontrolled diabetes.
If you don't control your diabetes you will not only loose khealth and weight but can also develop various complications which can be fatal or disabling.
Remember, for control of diabetes, you require proper medications along with proper diet and dietary restriction as well as regular exercises.
You must consult a diabetologist or an internal medicine specialist and get yourself examined and investigated properly.Once you are investigated, proper medications and plan for diet and exercises can be advised to you.
In he mean time stop smoking and alcohol and avoid sweets and deep fried and fatty foods.
Quit junk foods like burgers, pizzas and colas.
Start doing regular aerobic exercises for at least 40 minutes a day.
I hope it helps.
