Suffering From Diabetes. Taking Metformin, Dianil, Needs To Take Medication After Meals. Can I Skip Them Till Evening?

I have been prescribed to take metformin and dianil recently and am under observation to check out the recently discovered diebetic condition. I left my medication at home this morning and i need to take them after meals. Is it okay to skip it till evening or should I go the nearest pharmacy and ask for them? Thanks

if drugs are available you take regularly with in scheduled time.
irregular taking of medicines cause complication in kidney,eye and other organs.
so purchase drugs at nearest pharmacy
