Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there ~

I realize that having depression can be hard. If you are having a lot of other stressors like you have mentioned and are not able to cope with them adequately, I recommend that you see a qualified psychiatrist along with a psychologist or a counselor who can help you adequately with the right psychopharmaceutical medications as well as therapy to help with the situational stressors. Also having your physical ailments treated by you doctor (in your case asthma and obesity) might help with depression as well. I hope this helped. I wish we could do more in an online setting, but unfortunately not so. I hope you realize and understand.

Take care and have a good day.
