hi im very ambitious and i have been through depression and low testeterone levels i feel from my observation that all men with very high drive confidence and aggression are men with high testo levels..i want to know how i can achive that high level of hormone myself because i myself once had a very high drive and determination and no task seemed too big to mee

If you believe you may have low blood testosterone levels, you should consult your doctor about it. A blood test may reveal a low level and this can be supplemented either with oral testosterone supplements or with testosterone gel or skin patch applied to the skin surface.
