Medical termination of pregnancy normally results in complete expulsion of the pregnancy in 12-24 hours. The bleeding usually slows down greatly or stops after the process is complete.
If you are still bleeding heavily, it likely means that part of the pregnancy is still inside.
I recommend that you see a physician for an examination as at this point you may need a surgical procedure to stop the bleeding and remove the remainder of the pregnancy. If your uterus is still open and you have incompletely passed the pregnancy, you can lose a lot of blood and also put yourself at risk for getting an infection in your womb.
I hope I was adequately able to answer your question today and that you follow my advice and seek medical care at this point.
Best wishes, and I hope you feel better soon,
Dr. Brown
