Suffering From Chest Pain, Cough Causing Difficulty In Breathing & Chest Pain

i lost my voice 5 days ago and had no other symptoms at first. now for the past 3 days i have had a croup sounding cough with very little coming out every now and then. and my chest hurts when i cough, try to talk talk or even breathe. now i am worried bc my 3 year old is coughing too!

Hi,
It seems that you might be having upper respiratory tract infection and now infection going down producing lower respiratory tract infection.
This can be viral or bacterial.
Now your child got this infection through air and contacts.
Consult your doctor, you might require antibiotic medicine course.
