Suffering From Blepharitis. Using Baby Shampoo, Warm Compress, Slight Improvement. Treatment For Dry Scab?

Hi i m a 31 year old female who was recently diagnosed with blepharitis . The treatments that I was told to perform only aggravated the condition: washing my eyes with diluted baby shampoo, using warm compressesetc. Shoo I stooped using everything and my condition seemed to improve, however now i m left with a dark dry scabbing which peels and I also have a small dry circular scab over m my right eye that does not go away and constantly peels as well....... Help! I don t use anything on my face except water to wash it out of fear that I will aggravate my condition. This is a aggravating condition, what is this and what should I do??????

blepharitis is a condition associated with inflammation and allergies of the glands surrounding the eye lids..it may be inherent condition of the skin which may get aggreviated because of pollution, allergies..and cosmetics etc.the secretion from the glands may be oily and acidic in nature..so warm water will relieve it because..oils get washed off with warm water..
try these medication and then give a feed back- use lubricating eye drops like refresh tears almost 2-3 hourly, use moxifloxacin and loteprednelol combination eye drops almost 4 times a day, u may use tetracort eye ointment..apply externally over the eyelids and eyelashes..twice in a day i.e morning and before the bed time..use cap lacriguard , 1 cap once a day..
u must remember that u should consult a eye doc before using these drops to ensure that these medicines can be used safely in yr eyes..because medicines might have its own side effects and these should not be used for a longer time..
maintain hygine, avoid dusty environment, do some exercises in form of walking and sports..
avoid strong soaps..and cosmetics..
pl tell me ..after some days about yr problem..u will be fine soon
