General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

The symptoms can be attributed to compression of nerve root which supplies your foot.
Kindly consult a Neurologist for a complete clinical examination including nerve conduction tests.
Investigation like MRI of the Cervical & Lumbosacral spine will help in determining the site of compression.
Nervigenic agents like Vit B6, Vit B12 & Folic acid as well as Physiotherapy exercises will be helpful in reducing the symptoms.
Temporary relief can be obtained with Analgesics, Antispasmodics & muscle relaxant gel.
In case relief is not obtained, then surgical measures need to be taken for correction of the deformity.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
