Suffering From Anxiety And Depression Can I Take Vyvanse And Effexor Together?
My doctor added Vyvanse to my effexor as I was unable think clearly. I am also having extreme apathy and wanting to sleep constantly. I am a 53 year old male with depression/anxiety. I saw a drug interaction on the WWW.WWWW.WW website but my doctor and pharmacist says there is not an interaction. On the WWW.WWWW.WW site it said something about seritonine syndrome. Is it ok to take these two drug together...I have to get motivated or I will lose my home I built.
Hello, Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query. I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through. There is a very very rare chance that you will develop serotonine syndrome with the use of these medications. Infact it is negligible. I have used this combination in at-least 50-60 patients until now and none of the reported any signifiicant side-effect. Further it improves concentration and ability to this clearly. Hope I am able to answer your concerns. If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
