Hi lakhi
Thanks for posting your query on health care magic
Ankle pain has more or less no association with the food you take .It may be associated by prolonged rest and as you have mentioned . Your weight is 67 kgs , although i dont know your height so i cannot comment whether you are over weight or not .Try reducing your weight to normal levels by diet and exercise regime as it may be an aggravating factor.
For the exact confirmation of diagnosis you need to consult an Orthopedic surgeon who can examine you , and let you know the cause of the pain
Ill tell you few common causes of ankle pain :
1)Achilles tendinitis
Achilles tendinitis is often a running
injury or other sport-related injury resulting from overuse,
intense exercise, jumping, or other activities that strain the tendon and calf muscles.
2)Plantar fasciitis
It involves pain and inflammation of a thick band of tissue, called the plantar fascia, that runs
across the bottom of your foot and connects your heel bone to your toes. Plantar fasciitis is one of
the most common causes of
heel pain.Plantar fasciitis commonly causes
stabbing pain that usually
occurs with your very first steps in the morning. Once your foot limbers up, the pain of plantar
fasciitis normally decreases, but it may return after long periods of standing or after getting up
from a seated position.
3)
Sprain
A sprain is a stretching or tearing of ligaments — the tough bands of fibrous tissue that connect
one bone to another in your joints. The most common location for a sprain is in your ankle.
Other causes may be Gout ,
Rheumatoid arthritis ,
Stress fractures ,
Osteoarthritis
Since ankle is the joint ultimately taking your entire body weight ill suggest you not to ignore the pain and show to an orthopedic surgeon as soon as possible
I hope i have answered to most of your queries
Any further doubts you have feel free to post again
God bless
