Hi juhi...i m dr manoj...see acne always happens bcoz of the harmonal reasons so even if it gets reduced with the treatment there r chances of recurrence...acne doesnt stay forever bt if u pick them they kl definitely leave behind permanent scarring and its always better to treat acne to prevent very gentle to the skin when active eruptions are there...dont use soap on face...i recommend cleanser with 2% salicylic acid then use a toner twice a day and then sunscreen...reaaply sunscreen after 3 to 4 hrs after washing with plain water...a proper treatment is required...u can go ahead with salicylic peels which r quite effective...cont with dermat prescriptions as advised...harmonal imbalance if any should be rectified...dont worry...
