Suffering From Abdominal Cramping, Spotting, Frequent Urination, Nausea And Headache. Pregnancy Report Negative. Reason?

I had my period around Oct 13 and then 2 weeks later I had bleeding that was lighter then a normal period and it only lasted about 2 days. I feel bloated, nauseous all the time, tired all the time, headaches , lower abdominal cramping, and frequent need to urinate. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Have any suggestions?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The minor bleeding that you had two weeks after your periods is likely to be due to a hormonal disturbance. Pregnancy is not likely. You can start with oral contraceptives to regularize your cycles.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
