Suffering From Abdominal Ailment. Have Hyper Acidity And Frequent Bowel Movement, Dry Mouth And Nose. Any Treatment?
hi, I am suffering from an abdominal ailment for the past 7-8 years, no solution, which is I have hyperacidity and also incomplete evacuation, have to go at least 3-4 times in a day, but the stool is not solid, it is semi-solid and sometimes undigested food. Also, I have tongue ulcerations and dry mouth and nose. Please help me overcome my illness .

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here, I could say that this is hyperacidity problem, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine this is also looks like deficiency of Folic acid,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day at evening time for four weeks
2) Tab Domeperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time only
30 Tab Folic acid one tab once in day
