Suffering from IBS. Under stress, anxiety. Treatment?

I have IBS which drives me crazy on a day to day basis. I take bentyl for the spasms and celexa for the anxiety that is linked to the cause of the IBS. Last year I had my gallbladder taken out but I still feel pain in my URQ which was diagnosed as IBS. I am under severe amounts of stress. Is there anything I can do about the stress and the anxiety I feel?
