Suffering from IBS-D. Taking somopraz 40 and normaxin. Not cured. Colonoscopy, endoscopy and CT scan normal. Any cure?

Greeting from Nepal. I am suffering from IBS-D since a year..Have been talking somopraz 40 twice and normaxin since 2 month but still loose motion in 2-3 times in a day and some watery stool some time with indigest partical. Have profermed 5 colonoscopy and 2 endoscopy and the reports are normal. Also 64 slice CT scan done and it is also norma. Can you please advise me?

Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should take a probiotic daily along with digestive enzyme preparation containing pepsin and fungal diastase after meals.

Following precautions will be helpful :-
1.Avoid spicy and oily foods.
2.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods.
3.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.
4.Drink lots of water daily.
5.Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.
