Suffering From DNS. Inability To Breath, Itching Sensation. What Treatment Can Be Taken?

Hi .. I am suffering from DNS even now inspite of undergoing a surgery for the same in dec 2010.. i am still not able to breathe through the right nostril & now since i keep snoring as i breathe through my mouth, have started getting itching kind of sensation on right side of throat resulting to cough & uneasiness. Kindly advise what is a better treatment to be taken to minimise the impact of DNS.

hi..
you have undergone DNS surgery, and now you have blocked nostrils leading to snoring at nights.
see your ENT surgeon, and nasal decongesants help..
along with that try doing exercises, pranayama, which is very useful in such conditions..
all the very best..
