Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The persistent pain in the lower back could be related to a muscle pull, positional anomaly, infections, renal calculi, etc. It needs proper investigations like MRI scan to find out the exact cause.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
