Suffered with chronic back pain. Getting pain in pelvic area. Are they related?

hi I HAVE SUFFERED WITH CHRONIC BACK PAIN FOR YEARS AND i ALSO HAVE SEVERE PAIN IN MY PELVIC AREA. IT FEELS AS THOUGH SOMEOME IS PULLING MY GUTS OUT i CANT STAND OR WALK OR BEND OVER OR SQUAT BECAUSE OF THE PAIN. CAN BACK PROBLEMS CAUSE PELVIC PAIN AS WELL i HAD A HYSTERECTOMY MANY YEARS AGO PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN. THANK YOU

The persistent pain in the lower back could be related to a muscle pull, positional anomaly, infections, renal calculi, etc. It needs proper investigations like MRI scan to find out the exact cause.
