doctor,i had masturbate daily but one in a day and i suffer from hernia and i got surgery for it,after that when i masturbate i have pain in my penis and in my testicles.i stopped masturbating during that but also have a problem for me that is i am ejaculating soon.i have looking for marriage if i have this soon ejaculating problem,i am tensed now ,please answer me docter

If you had recently operated then this pain may be there for few weeks & will disappear.There is no relation with premature ejaculation with your surgery.You should not get stressed & should consult to your operating doctor as he is in better position to answer your query.

As long as the pain is not there in the operated site don't bother about surgery. Pain in penis and scrotum during erection is due to increased blood flow in the testis, producing vascular congestion (temporary fluid collection) also called as Blue balls and prostate region congestion. Common when you prolong the ejaculation (masturbation). If you have proper erection and ejaculating soon it is only psychological, can be corrected by yourself. If it persists consult a sexologist. You are perfectly fit to get married.
