Suffer From Vitiligo. Need Help

Sir i am suffering from vitiligo at the age of 12 then i was get treated from VSS medical college Burla Sambalpur again after along year back i am sufering from the same and now i am under the medication of Dr Dilip N. Prasad Ranchi . He visited to Sambalpur from 8th to 14th of every month but now I m not satisfied with his treatment & I have no time & not finacially so sound to get treatment at outside odisha so can u please suggest me what can i do now. Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
Vitiligo is an autoimmune disease with no satisfactory treatment.
Best treatment option is photo therapy .
It can be PUVA therapy or NBUVB therapy.
You need to take either of this at clinic basis or home basis.
Your doctor will guide you accordingly.
