Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The pain of periods has persisted eternally for the women and no body can stop it. If its unbearably sever then along with mephenemic acid you can take cyclopam which as dicyclomine. Take plenty of water and take rest. For migraine you need to take sumatriptan for severe pains and if its very frequent you should take prophylaxis for the same by using betacap or divalproex sodium.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

Hello
Welcome to HCM

Migraine headache is very common in females. It increases in severity during periods. The increase in severity occurs due to hormonal imbalance. Mefenamic acid can control the headache for a while but its use for long times is not recommended because this drug can cause gastric acid damage. There are other medicines that are commonly used in migraine for symptomatic relief like Flunarizine, Cinnarizine etc. Combination of paracetamol and domperidone is also very effective if taken in SOS basis.
If you fail to get relief with medicines then I would advise you to please consult a Psychiatrist for expert opinion. Medicines like Propranolol are very effective in prophylaxis of migraine headache.

Thanks
