I tried so many things, medicine, face wash,.home ramedies like garlic, toothpaste, honey an all... Now I am very tensed to see my face in mirrer. I had oily skin and used to shine and glow but now it has become very dry, patcy, uneven and full of pimples... Pls guide me with a proper and permanent solution which should last for life long and guide me with diet also.

hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum

you are suffering from a very common teenage problem namely acne vulgaris....before coming to the exact treatment, i would like you to follow certain precautions:
1. Avoid using any oily creams or lotions over face as much as possible. you can however use oil free moisturisers
2. Wash your face frequently inorder to keep it dry
3. Drink plenty of water
4. Try to avoid eating dry fruits
5.Avoid touching or squeezing of pimples
6. Avoid Hair oil
7. Always use a sunscreen (SPF> 26) when going out in the sun
Do not use any liquids like dettol/savlon over the affected area
You can however continue to use antibacterial soaps

Now as far as your condition is concerned, i would advise you might need to apply some antiacne medications like Clindamycin gel over the affected area in the morning along with benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel at night,,,
You might need a systemic agent also to control acne ,so if the above medicines dont help you much, then see a dermatologist for the same..

And most importantly, Do not stress yourself too much...Stress is a known factor which tends to increase acne...So ,stay relaxed and take proper treatment...I am sure it will get better

Hope it helps
