Leucorrhea is a white, thick vaginal discharge
which will be physiological most of the times. If it is foul smell it denotes some infection or an imbalance in oestrogen production.
In virgins it is mainly because of changes in oestrogen production, stress and changes in diet, allergy
The complaints foul smelling, back pain during periods
gives a clue for vaginal infection
. Look for the colour. If it is yellow it is more infected.
Topical creams like candiderma can be used. But if the discharge is examined it gives a definitive diagnosis like whether the discharge is thick or thin or curdy or purulent.
