Suffer From Alopecia Areata. Recurring. Need A Permanent Cure

I am a 50 year old female .. I have been suffering from alopecia areata ... the first time I got it it was in 2001..It got cured after consulting a doctor and taking medicine.. It reappeared again in 2009 ... It once gain got cured ... But resurfaced again last year and has been coming back with more frequency.. My hair has become vey thin .. and i have bald patches .. if you could help me with a solution.... I need to consult a doctor could you help me with that ... I am kind of demoralized about it .. I stay in Mumbai in Andheri west

course of disease is very unpredictable.
You can consult dermatologist and take medicine accordingly.
It may appear and cure in irregular manner.
We have to find out the underline reason.
Do not take stress as it will increase it.
At one level we have to accept our condition.
