Suddenly i got a high blood pressure. How can it possible?

I went to the doctor 2 weeks ago and my blood pressure was good, then yesterday I went to the ER and my blood pressure was high, and they were some what concerned and told my to go to my regular doctor. So is it normal? Ive always had good blood pressure well thats what im told everytime I go to the doctor except yesterday it was considerably high. What could have caused this? Im going to the doctors tommorrow just wanted to see what you guys think.

Well, if you went to the ER obviously something was wrong with you and you were probably stressed or anxious. That could temporarily raise your blood pressure. When you go back the doc tomorrow, don't be surprised if it's normal again. If it's not, then your doc will help you figure it out.
