Suddenly Hearing Very Loud Heartbeats, Tightness In Jaws, Ears, Nausea. What Could It Be?

The other evening i was lying in bed on my back watching tv when I started feeling very warm, got up to turn the ceiling fan on and got back into bed. I started hearing a very loud heartbeat in my ears and it felt like my ears were tight or it was the tightening of the jaw or ears. I got very nauseus. Got a cold cloth, took bloodpressure it was 126/78 pulse was 116. This lasted about 2-3 minutes. What do you think happened to me?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Dear

your condition is related to increased blood flow to inner ear (hyperperfusion ). which leads to sound of blood flow heard in ear (bruit). you should undergo ear audiological investigations and MR Angiography to see carotid flow specifically in inner ear.
