Suddenly I Went Into Depression And Trauma. I Want To Get Better Again

Hi, I was a good looking guy in my uni and suddenly people in uni cyber bullied me and I went into depression and trauma. I lost weight and my beauty,my face is thin and dull now. I want to get better again as I was before all this . Kindly tell me the best solution asap.

I was depressed for a very long time as well and I whent to have group meeting in a group of people who are very deppressed this had worked for me as I had going back to my daily life and non depressed. I had stopped eating like possibly you so die suggest going to a therapist to talk out your problems. It really did work for me hopefully for you 

In every one's life this type of situation comes.
Do not frustrate and develop self confidence and have courage to face the problem.
Consult psychiatrist and seek his advice.
treat the depression in time before it goes chronic entity.
Con selling with psychologist will help a lot.
Take high nourishing food and some multi vitamin supplements.
Ok and wish you fast recovery.

Thanks for the query. First and foremost, dont blame urself . Such things do happen but they are temporary phases, have more confidence in yourself.
1. Have a regular nutritious food and more than this, enjoy eating. Remember eating is a pleasurable event.
2. Medications like Liv 52 will help to improve your appetite. Your food should have adequate proteins and fat.
3. Drink atleast 3 liters of water every day. Pamper ourself with cosmetics which you like.

4. Have positive attitude and soon you will be a hansome man.
