Sudden Tiredness In Upper Arms, Lower Back, Legs, Swollen. Could It Be RA?

Hi, Sudden tiredness in upper arms, and lower back and legs. Used to be very fit, only 41, but the past two months different symptoms show up. My right leg was swollen for a few weeks, and painful, under the same foot . Left wrist was swollen. not overweight .Could it be RA? Did bloodwork, and that showed up positive, and I have rheumatology appt. at end of April. Thanks.
