Sudden sharp pain in chest after dinner, increased heart beat rate. Reason?

I was just simply sitting after I ate my dinner, suddenly I felt a bitter, sharp pain in my chest , heart area, and then after it ended, my heart begun to beat faster and faster, I could feel it very well. Then it went slower, yet I can still feel it, which didn t happen before?! Please tell me what s wrong with me? Was that some sort of an error?

You had what is known as angina pectoris ( coronary artery diseases). This could if not properly managed lead to myocardial infarction. The briefness and severity makes it easier to rule out the heart attack.
You will need to consult a cardiologist for further evaluation and management. Also measures to prevent future attacks.

Best regards
