Sudden Severe Weightgain. Have PCOD In Both Ovaries. Is Using Phytolacca Berry Tablets Safe For Weight Loss?

Hi,
I am 27 years old. 5'5'' and have suddenly gained almost 20 kgs in one year after my marriage. I currently weigh 77.7 kgs and i also have PCOD in both my ovaries. I go for half an hour walk and do yoga regularly but i have hardly lost any significant weight. someone suggested my phytolacca berry tablets. is it safe to use for pcod conditions? what are the food restrictions that i need to follow while taking the medicines?

hello there!
I read your query and i want you to know that your wright loss and your PCOD are correlated and same will make infertility issues. SO if you want to be fertile and treat PCOD you need to lose weight. But phytolacca berry is not the good way. A simple homeopathy is never enough to and not a good option

Change your life style , excercise, proper routine, use fibers, dont eat full belly but avoiding meal is no good it further adds to the fat tissuers. Have a good break fast earliest possible.

Dont adopt pranks and weight reduction advertisements. I warn you faster weight loss has many complications. Let it be natural and slow process.

20 kg post marital weight gain is not just because of PCOD. its also the physiological changes after marital relations and its normal.

Mean while treat your PCOD with

Oral contraceptive agents (eg, ethinyl estradiol, medroxyprogesterone)

Antiandrogens (eg, spironolactone, leuprolide, finasteride)

Hope i was of some help. take som every good care of yourself

Regards
Dr S Khan

Hypoglycemic agents (eg, metformin, insulin)

Selective estrogen receptor modulators (eg, clomiphene citrate)

Topical hair-removal agents (eg, eflornithine)

Topical acne agents (eg, benzoyl peroxide, tretinoin topical cream (0.02–0.1%)/gel (0.01–0.1%)/solution (0.05%), adapalene topical cream (0.1%)/gel (0.1%, 0.3%)/solution (0.1%), erythromycin topical 2%, clindamycin topical 1%, sodium sulfacetamide topical 10%)
