Sudden onset of sweating, subsided withing minutes. What could be the cause?

I am 36 yrs and today when i was enjoying with my kid on amusement park, had sudden sweating which was there for few minutes after going on giant wheel and Break dance Games. I came to normal in 10 mins(Sweating stopped but i did not feel normal) and drove home back and had a nap. All feels fine after that but any cause of worry?

Bouts of sweating can be due to many causes. Infection, low blood sugar, vasovagal episode are a few. If you soon felt OK then there is nothing to worry about. I do not think you need to visit your doctor.
