I live in apartment..I was baking awhile ago so my place was really hot..All of a sudden, I felt heaviness on my left side of my boob area going to upper arm. I don't feel any shortness of breath or chest pain.I forgot to mention, I only have 4hrs of sleep and I have hypertension. Please explain, what do you think happened to me?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It is probably spasm of skeletal muscles of the chest...
Stress and sleep loss might be contributing...
Your symptoms do not suggest CAD (Coronary Artery Disease)...
However, any pain at this setting of Hypertension (You have not mentioned your age, other risk factors...) should be investigated as HEART PAIN – UNLESS PROVED OTHERWISE – Coronary Artery Disease must be excluded on a priority basis...
EKG / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance.
See your doctor / The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
