Stung By A Bee On The Foot, Excessive Swelling. Do I Need Steroid Shots?

hi! goodmorning. I got stung by a bee yesterday.. i only took pain reliever and antibiotics .. its a bit swollen last night but when i woke up this morning, it is really swollen. I got stung on the foot and now the swollen part reaches up to my lower legs.. can you help me on that? what will i do? do i need to go to the hospital to have a steroid shots or whatever? thanks

Hi excessive swelling due to bee stings should be treated with antihistamine.antibiotic and short course of predisolone and anti inflammatory agent like combiflam.should go to hospital for steriod shots
