Stuffy Nose, Nausea, Loss Of Appetite, Throat Pain

I am a fifteen year old. And I don t know if it is a fever because I don t have a temperature but my. Nose is stuffy and I feel like I am to vomit and i Lost my appetite . My throat hurt yesterday but I ate a lot of cough drops so it doesn t hurt. I do t know what to take or what kind of medecine

you seem to suffering from a viral fever, which would subside over less than a week, you need to take symptomatic treatment with tab paracetamol 3-4 times a day
