Stress Fracture, Foot Swollen, Painful. Cure?
I had a stress fracture third metatarsal in october 2012 now overnight foot swollen very painful cannot walk on it pain un bearable. would like to know if the bone could break in foot and what would the symptoms be as I cannot move my toes or touch my skin without pain. Today it very swollen and pins and needles feeling .

as u describes it hurts u at night,does it at day also.it seems the united bone is pressing yours foot nerves.it will be better to do hot fomantation,pain killers,neurobion tabs.let the x ray done,if needed the extra bone if any ,must be removed.local steroid inj may be helpful,the raise of metatarsal heads with sole changes will be helpful.
