Strange Sensation In Knee, Scared To Walk. Previous Knee Injury. Advise?

I dislocated my right knee a few weeks ago and haven't done too much since. I've been resting on a couch with very limited movement and usually I am able to do very simple things like go to the bathroom or get something to eat. Yesterday when I was in the bathroom standing up, I had a very weird sensation in my knee. It didn't hurt too bad, just felt strange and made me feel extremely paranoid. Now it's been 10 hours since I've gotten up and I have to go to the bathroom very, very badly but I'm afraid something bad will happen if I walk on it. Am I being too paranoid? Mind you, my leg is in an immobilizer but when this sensation occurs I feel the need to grab my knee because in my mind, it prevents something bad from happening. Can anyone help me?

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
Thanks for asking a question to H.C.M.F.
You had dislocation of the right knee, few weeks ago. you are on light move ment, yesterday you had a weired feeling, made you feel paranoid.fearing to move.
It appears to be the psychological feeling, that some thing may happen. i hope you should have an elastic bandage, to the knee, and practice the slow movements.
You try to understand when there is no pain, why should you fear of any thing.
I advise you to consult your doctor for a follow up of this feeling.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
Best regards.
