Hello Sara21 sim;
Welcome to HealthcareMagic
Previously also I have answered you but at that time you had not written about your sexual encounter.So here you need to see if by any chance you had the sperms to come in contact with the vagina( since you said it was not a vaginal intercourse) because if the sperms enter the vagina accidently also there can be chance of pregnancy.Presently since you are worried I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done at home(you will get the test kit at medical store) with a first morning urine sample and if the test is negative then you are surely not pregnant and the problem of periods may be due to some other reasons like hormonal imbalance;cyst in ovaries and even due to anaemia like I had previously suggested.Please get tested and then consult a Gynaecologist for examination and treatment of periods if the test for pregnancy is negative.
Thanks
