Strange Neck Pain During Breathing Upto Clavicle Since Episode Of Stomach Flu. Strained Muscle?

Hello, 2 days ago I had a 24 hour stomach flu where I vomit violently 7 times. Ever since, I have had a strange pain in my neck on the right side from my clavicle up to the center of my neck. It is a sharp pain and only happens when I breathe in, making it difficult to take deep breaths. Should I see a physician or is this likely a strained muscle?

1. Take myoril tablet one tablet twice daily
2. Take Voveron tablet
3. Apply Diclofenec ointment
4 Apply hot water fomentation , avoid cold or AC
