Strange ache on lower stomach on lifting the leg, on bending, not constant, is deep. Is it gynecology related?

i have been feeling a strange ache on my lower stomach right hand side....when in bed and lift my leg to get out or lie out im starting to feel the pain more... if i bend down to tie my laces or get up from a chair... it isn t a constant ache...and if i press it isn t sore, it s more deep inside, i m a 41 yr old female...i m worried it could be gynalogical related..

Thanks for posting your query.
You can have deep seated abdominal pain due to retroverted uterus or trapped ovarian syndrome.
Consult your gynaecologist for further evaluation & get ultrasound abdomen done.
Take care.
