Strained Neck Muscle, Sore Throat. Chances Of Thyroid Cancer?

I have had neck pain, like a strained neck muscle for several weeks. It is on the right side of my neck. Lately, I have had some soreness around the the throat just below the adams apple. When I swallow there is a little soreness. Could be a thyroid cancer issue? No other symptoms of illness that I can think of. It is also the allergy season with a lot of dust and pollen and my ears and throat have sinus drainage.

Thanks

Hello
Your problem doesnt seems to be cancer , so dont mind about it.
You may have sore throat . or may be tonsillar infection.
is there any tonsillar infection or sore throat only to rule out this you will have to visit a ENT specialist.
As you have sinus discharge you may have sinusitis
All these possibilities are to be ruled out
So consult to a ENT specialist
ok
take care
