Strain On The Vein, Slightly Popping, No Pain, No Sore

I can feel the strain on the vein , and it seems to be slightly popping, though not visible, but to the touch. This is the vein that stretches from my armpit to the hand , not sure the technical term so im trying to describe it as best as i can. Whenever i stretch my hand fully, i can feel abit of strain, from my elbow upwards to the armpit area. Its not painful, nor sore to the touch/sight.
