Stopped Walking After Sever Pain. Foot Always Red With Broken Vessels And Swelling. Cause?

Left foot . Severe pain while walking on treadmill so stopped walking after two years of regular workouts on an incline. Foot is always red with broken blood vessels( spider veins - broken capillaries) all over entire top of foot and bot sides. Swells by end of day. No Fracture . No venous issues. Any suggestions. Haven t walked now for 8 weeks on treadmill. No improvement.
